Outdoor Nurture Inc. Education

At Hickory Heart Meadow Farm (the pioneer project of Outdoor Nurture Inc.), we offer a variety of educational opportunities for all ages and abilities! Some examples include:

• nature and gardening-based outreach programs to schools, senior care centers, & daycares

• on-site workshops with seasonally relevant topics (compost, how to grow tomatoes, native gardening tips, seed saving, making flower-bouquets, maple syrup tapping)

• gardening consultations (we can visit and give you tips on how to beautify your garden and improve organic farming methods, introduce more native plant species, educate on biodynamic farm methods, and more)

• online education (we have a Youtube channel on Dahlia planting - check us out here: https://www.youtube.com/@DahliaLoveClub)

• seasonal zine issues distributed at farmer's markets, at farm events, etc.
